A typical day might involve working with spreadsheets, writing SQL queries, cleaning datasets, preparing reports or building dashboards that help a team understand what's happening in the business.
Depending on the organisation, you might work with sales figures, customer behaviour, financial records, operational data or other business information. Some roles focus heavily on reporting, while others involve more advanced analysis and visualisation.

You don't have to be an expert in every analytical tool. What's important is being comfortable with data, having good problem-solving skills and being able to explain what the numbers actually mean.
Responsibilities
